The Higg index is suite of tools that together assess the social and environmental performance of the value chain and the environmental impacts of products, across topics such as water use, carbon emissions, and labor conditions, and the Sustainable Apparel Coalition developed the methodologies of the Higg Index over ten years using the latest scientific research, in partnership with SAC members, consultants, stakeholders and industry experts.

Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is improving forest management towards more sustainable use, conservation and restoration.

FSC certification means that raw material originates from sustainable and legal sources.

Oeko-tex standard 100 is a certification by OEKO-TEX® and means that the fabric is tested and meets high requirements preventing the use of harmful substances used in the production. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety.

Bluesign is an independent verification system that reduces harmful substances and ensures the responsible use of resources in production to reach the highest degree of safety for, the consumer.

STICA was created to support textile companies to set science-based targets and reduce their greenhouse gases in line with the Paris agreement 1.5°C warming pathway. The member companies shall report regularly on progress, and take effective action. The initiative is also a platform to share best practices and collaborate to achieve the goals.

Forest Stewardship Council certification means that the raw material originates from sustainable and legal sources. All paper used in our boxes & cardboards is made with FSC material and made with recycled paper. Our shipping boxes are made up of 86% recycled materials (to keep the high quality level needed) while our order boxes and cardboards are 100% recycled.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent third-party certification of the entire textile supply chain. A GOTS certified fabric meets high chemical and pesticide restrictions during farming, reductions in water usage, and guarantees social compliance and traceability.
