We ensure that all our products are manufactured under safe, fair, legal and human working conditions based on the ILO standards & the UN human rights, as per our Db Code of Conduct. We visit our main suppliers and factories regularly, however due to COVID haven’t been able to make audits since 2020. We follow strict procedures when sourcing new suppliers and our Tier-1 suppliers must have a third party CSR audit or verified assessment in the Higg Facility Social & Labour Module (FSLM) as well as the Facility Environmental Module (FEM).

Production orders are shipped in full containers with slow steaming boats from Asia, rather than air freight, as that is the most environmentally friendly transport solution available today. We have a yealry target to fly less than 1% of all our bulk production by air. Our logistics partners are DSV for inbound freight and DHL GoGreen Plus solutions for outbound freight.
We practice just-in-time inventory management practices to keep our inventory as lean as we can to reduce unnecessary overstock. Our inventory management is continuously analysed so we are buying and warehousing only the most relevant stock. We maintain a less than 2% ratio of aged inventory versus new inventory on hand.
Our warehouses are located in Sweden, the US and Australia. We plan further decentralised fulfillment centers to further reduce last mile emissions and reduce delivery times.
Our third Party Logistics partners work in accordance to the United Nations Global Compact, the Paris climate Agreement, and report annually on their commitment to the following goals by 2030:
Reduce their absolute scope 1 and 2 emissions by 40% (baseline year is 2019); and
Reduce their absolute scope 3 emissions by 30% (baseline year is 2019)
We offer carbon neutral local hub deliveries as well as door deliveries. We consider local hub pickup the better practice, but understand that isn’t always feasible, so give you the option. We also recommend standard delivery versus overnight. All deliveries are offset in connection with our offset partner Chooose.
All of our offices are powered by renewable energy. Our only company vehicle, of course, runs on electricity. Since 2021, we only serve vegetarian food at our office and for corporate occasions. This saves 70% of emissions compared to serving mixed meals. We ride bikes to work or take public transportation. We have a flexible, remote working policy as today work can be done from anywhere.
